All is found in the poetic Psalm 138:
"Lord, you search me and know me;
You know me when I lay or arise,
From afar, you penetrate my thoughts;
You distinguish my road and my rest,
All my ways are familiar to you.
No words need come to my tongue,
And you, Lord, know them all.
You expand ahead and behind of me,
You cover me with your palm.
So much knowing overwhelms me,
It is sublime and I cannot behold it.
Where would I escape your watch?
If I climb the heavens, you are there;
If I lay in the abyss, I will find you there;
If I should fly to the edge of the aura,
If I migrate to the corner of the sea,
There your hand will reach me;
There you will hold me.
If I say "May the darkness cover me,
May the light become night towards me",
Not is any darkness black for you.
The night is as clear as the day.
You have created my being,
You have formed me in the maternal womb,
I thank you,
Because you have chosen me,
Because admirable is your work;
You knew to the bottom of my soul;
My bones are not unknown to you,
When, in the darkness, you formed me,
And intertwined in the deep of the earth,
Your eyes saw my actions,
